The Future

Bonnie: Well, it's more like something I want to get your advice on...
*I am getting more and more anxious over here!*
Me: Ok...
Bonnie: I have actually been considering doing my own 100 Baby Challenge...
Me: Huh?
Bonnie: Seriously...but I'm kind of on the fence about it...I thought maybe you could help me make up my mind...
Me: Well...ok...there's pros and cons to it, I suppose...let me just make you see...
Pros: Having a large family, always having children running around, feeling a sense of accomplishment...
Cons: It's a LOT of work, it's hard to maintain any romantic relationships, public scrutiny...
Those are just some...

Bonnie: Hmm, ok...I still don't know...
Me: Wait a minute...I have an idea...
Bonnie: Ok...
Me: I know a lot of women who decided to take on this challenge...maybe we should ask them...

Bonnie: Good idea Mom!

*****SO, MY FELLOW CHALLENGE BLOGGERS, LET'S HEAR IT...WHY SHOULD BONNIE DO THE 100 BABY CHALLENGE?  I NEED YOU TO CONVINCE HER!!!*****

  1. Because the feeling you get when you welcome EACH new life into the world is better than any other feeling imaginable, and the pride when they walk out the door to their own houses is like the world applauding you for an excellent job of raising the kid.

(Loving the interaction you've provided for us there Hadley.)

  4. From Melody's point of veiw: 100 kids hard yes, rewarding totally. Seeing 100 different personalities brought to life by yourself. I never wanted that many kids and was forced into it but I don't regret a single one as my kids have brought me joy in a very miserable without them life. They make me laugh, smile and cry when I am down, and they also remind me to have fun when all I can think of is the stress around me. There is nothing better in life than to have a bunch of children in the house and I don't know how your mother can cope without them coming anymore. I am dreading the day that I reach 100 (other than scary Edna) but also the empty house and no one there to pick me up when I am down.

  5. First of all, I am so excited for Bonnie. Reasons for her to do the challenge? Well, I have just barely started my own challenge so I could be a great friend of hers! Hehe just kidding. Seriously though, Bonnie is going to love the feeling she gets every time she knows that there is a new life growing inside of her. She is going to make a wonderful mother, and raising each child with love and understanding is one of the best feelings there is. All of the public scrutiny, chaos, and stress is still worth it. For me, that says it all: if something with those major cons is still the most rewarding journey one can take in life, than it is worth it. I'm sure she will decide to take on the challenge, and so I wish her luck and happiness in her journey. xoxo, Ryann

  6. Oh my goodness I love Hadley so much! It would be so wonderful if Bonnie started her own challenge. All of Hadley's family is so funny, more would be even funnier! Bonnie should so do it!

  8. Well if she is doing it of her own free will, then Amari would say great go for it. Hadley had a lot of ups and downs along the way but in the end she got everything she wanted and more. Knowing Bonnie comes from a great supportive family will help her along the way and make doing this challenge "easier" (since there really isn't anything easy about having 100 babies). She can pull from the strength and experience of not only her mom, but of the other (willing) moms of this challenge to help guide and support her. It's a life experience and she will learn more about herself than she could begin to imagine as she goes through this!

  9. Hey :) I have rarely posted, but my 100 Baby Momma's Audrey Greene. Audrey has 1 quote for her.... Prep yourself....

"The woo-hoo rocks, and you meet so many nice, and not-so-nice, people."

  11. Reasons for doing the challenge: the feeling of being pregnant and knowing youre bringing life into the world, watching each and every one of your kids age up into beautiful people, and knowing youve made the world a brighter place by bringing them into the world! (Paisleys point of view, I actually have no idea what its like to have kids)
