Babies 91 & 92: A House Full of Princesses

Serena ages up into a  sleepy-eyed teenager.

Lily still looks a lot like me, but she still has a problem with her weight.

Blair ages up to have dark skin like her father, blue eyes like me, and black hair like both of us.

Mason and I pick out the next baby daddy quickly...This guy looks interesting!

Both the girls are very playful, so there are constant pillow fights in the house.

Mason and I get invited to a pool party Evie is throwing...and she actually has a pool!

We all sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories...I have to say, it's really nice.  Now that Mason and I are together, I feel more like a part of the family...which I didn't think was possible...even though I have yet to figure out what to call Aunt Z and Uncle T-bone...somehow that seems weird now...

Then we turn on the music and start dancing...Uncle T-Bone catches me and swings me around a couple times..."My son got all his moves from me," he tells me.

I look over at Mason and laugh...Lord knows where he got this particular move...but I don't think it's something that can be taught.

Eventually, we sneak upstairs into one of Evie's guest bedrooms and have some alone time...*wink, wink*

We get home really late, so Serena gets up with Blair.

We still snooze away late into the morning.

When we finally get out of bed, Blair ages into a child.  She is so pretty.

I start showing...

Mason works out, training himself for his next big game.

Then he actually has a game...which he has to dress in his pimp suit for...

The girls and I get into the game free, so we decide to go.

He WON his game!  I'm so proud of him!

I can't help but lay a big smooch on him as soon as we leave the arena...which embarrasses the hell out of Lily.
"Ugh!  Mom!  Do you all have to do that here?  Like, people are watching..." she complains.

After Mason gets a chance to go home and change, we all go out to the local greasy spoon for dinner.
Let me tell you what, there's nothing a pregnant belly likes more than food from a greasy spoon!

As we're leaving, Mason overhears Lily complaining to Serena about her figure.
"It's so unfair, S," she is telling her, "you can eat anything and not gain an ounce."

We get home shortly after that and I tell the girls to get ready for bed.

Mason and I cuddle together and watch the stars while all the girls shower and get in their pajamas.  That's when Mason tells me about Lily.
"I don't know what to tell her, baby," I say after he tells me what she said, "I wish I could convince her that she's beautiful, but somehow it always sounds like crap when it comes from your mother."
"Do you care if I talk to her?" he asks.
"Of course not," I tell him.  Up to this point, Mason has always kept himself separate from too much parenting, but I'm not opposed to him taking a more active role.

So before we all go to bed, Mason talks to Lily.  I can't tell what he's saying, but hopefully it works.

The next day, I work with Blair on her homework.

We eat cheese steak sandwiches for dinner.

And Mason spends more time with the girls.  This time he's giving Serena a pep talk.

Mason gets a call from his mother inviting him to lunch.

They're having a good time catching up...

But my water breaks and Mason has to rush home.

I wait as long as I can, and he gets there just in time...

I give birth to Baby 91: Jenny Reed

And Baby 92: Vanessa Reed

Baby 90: A Dinner Party

Serena and Lily are two very spoiled little girls...

They've got their brothers wrapped around their fingers...

...not to mention Mason...he works with them almost more than I do in learning their skills.

He adores them, and they adore him.  Even though I told myself I don't want to get wrapped up in another guy until my challenge was over for the sake of my children, this feels different.  I can't imagine what we have ending.  Soon, it's time for the girls to age up.

Serena is a little tomboy...

Lily is a little on the chunky side, with short very curly hair.

After we get out of our new relationship haze, Mason gets back to keeping himself in shape for his job.  He has basically moved in with us, even though it was never really discussed...it just sort of happened.

Liam has a real knack for fixing things, even though he's pretty antisocial.

Since Mason and I are pretty much living together, I invite both of our parents over for dinner to celebrate.

My parents and Uncle T-Bone get there quickly...

...and Aunt Zoey gets there shortly after.

I fix steak for dinner...

Which of course makes Uncle T-Bone very happy!
The evening goes well and everyone has a good time.  They are all excited that Mason and I finally got together, and none of them are surprised in the least...

When everyone starts to leave, Mason catches my dad before he goes out the door.

I don't know what they're talking about, but I decide to give them their time...Mason looks really nervous.

Then my dad starts smiling and nodding, and I guess he makes a joke, because they both start laughing.
I walk up and stand beside Mason, "What are you two laughing about?"
My dad puts his hand on my shoulder, "Just saying if I don't get going, your mother is going to leave me here."
I give him a peck on the cheek as he walks out the door.

After everyone leaves, I corner Mason.
Me: So, what were you and my dad talking about?
Mason: Well, I could tell you, but you have to promise not to freak out on me, deal?
Me: Ok...
Mason: I asked him if he approved...
I gasp...he's not...?
Mason: ...of us as a couple...
Me: Is that all?
Mason: What else would there be?
Me: Um, well...I thought you were asking him for permission to...propose or something...
Mason laughs: Am I hearing right?  From the anti-marriage queen?
Me: Well...yeah...I don't know...I mean...
Mason: Nothing would please me more than to call you my wife...but I know it's going to take some time for you, and I'm willing to wait.  What we have right now is good enough for me.

I grab him and kiss him.  He wraps his strong, muscular arms around me and I feel like I'm home.
We continue a more exclusive party upstairs...

The next morning, I wake up to labor pains...Mason is freaking out for a minute, but he refuses to go anywhere.

I have never had anyone constantly with me when I give birth and his presence is a calming one.  He just sits back on the bed and gives me words of encouragement.

Soon, Baby 90: Blair Reed is born.

After I get Blair settled, it's time for the triplets to grow up and move on.

Phillip keeps his mohawk, and looks a lot like my dad.

Kash is still hot with his light brown hair and dark skin...he's going to be a real lady's man.

Liam keeps his hair long and in his eyes, but at least it's pretty kept.
