***AUTHORS NOTE: THE CHILDREN LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT BECAUSE THEY ARE REMAKE CHILDREN...I TRIED TO GET THEM AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE***
Aaliyah, Madeline, and Giselle age up faster than I thought they were going to.
Aaliyah looks a lot like her father, but she has my hair. Her skin looks like it might even have a purple tint to it. She's not sure what she wants to do with her life, but she kind of wants to work with animal rescue.
Madeline is a blonde but witty fashionista. She has aspirations of becoming a stylist.
Giselle is my first mini-me, down to her hair color. She's Ms. Personality...she wants to be an actress.
I'm still busy with Lucy and Chelsea, because they're still infants, and Liliana and Evelyn, I am anxious to continue with my challenge.
I am about to hit up the sperm bank like my mother did before I get a phone call from Jenna Sky, a fellow challenge mother. She's also the product of a baby challenge herself. Her family legacy is very fascinating...but anyway...back to our phone conversation:
Bonnie: What's new with you, Jenna?
Jenna: Well, I was calling because I have a proposition for you. I know you're doing the baby challenge and I also know how hard it is to find fathers...
Bonnie: Tell me about it...
Jenna: So I thought I would suggest my son, Devlin. He is about to move out on his own, but he wants to take part in a challenge or two before he embarks on his career as a magician.
Bonnie: Chip off the old block? (Jenna and her mother, Melody, are natural born witches)
Jenna: So it seems...at any rate, would you be interested in using him as a father?
Bonnie: Sure...I guess I don't have to ask if he's cute...he has the Sky genes, right?
Jenna: *laughs* Of course...
Bonnie: Well, thank you...I know you're only using berry fathers, but if I happen to have any berry sons, I'll send them your way if you'd like...so far I have had mostly daughters and any berry blood has been recessive.
Jenna: Thank you, I'll keep that in mind...but I have to say that I wish I could have your kind of luck...with having daughters that is.
We chat for a few more minutes and make arrangements for Devlin to come to Legacy Island.
True to form, Devlin Sky is a handsome young man with very interesting genetics. He has bright purple skin and the most interesting blue hair I've ever seen.
We got right down to baby making...and heard the tell-tale lullaby on the first try. Woo-hoo!
While he was here, he entertained the girls with little magic tricks. They loved it.
After Devlin leaves, it's time to age up Lucy and Chelsea.
Chelsea has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She looks a lot like her father and laughs at only the slightest provocation.
Lucy's wide blue eyes are always looking around, as if to take everything in as carefully as possible.
Since I have saved up enough money, I am able to buy some playground equipment, including a tree house. That should keep the little monsters busy!
Lucy is turning out to be the more vocal of the two.
Bonnie: Lucy can you say bottle?
Nothing.
Bonnie: Can you say sippy?
Nothing.
Bonnie: Shoo, mommy needs some coffee...
Lucy: Coffee!
Bonnie: Seriously? No bottle, no sippy...but you get coffee?
Lucy: Coffee! Coffee! Coffee!
Crap...maybe I have a future writer on my hands?
I'm beginning to think so...she always says the craziest things.
Lucy: Mommy, you're pretty...
Bonnie: Thank you honey.
Lucy: Your welcome. Can I have a cookie?
Bonnie: I already told you no.
Bonnie: *gets mad* I lied. You're not pretty...and I think you're getting hippy.
Where the hell does she get this stuff?
My other daughters are just as quirky, as I am reminded at dinner time.
Liliana: Mom, I'm hungry...can I have some leftover cake?
Bonnie: Dinner is almost ready Lili...you can wait.
Liliana: What are we having?
Bonnie: Spaghetti.
Liliana: Oooh! Can I slurp it?
Bonnie: If you must...
Liliana: Yay!!!
After dinner, Princess Periwinkle, aka Liliana does some painting.
And the pink princess aka Evelyn prances around the yard.
The next day, while the girls go to school...
I go into labor...whoa boy this never gets any easier, does it?
And I give birth to a little purple girl: Baby 10: Mackenzie Reed
*Many thanks go out to spiderg1rl for letting me use Devlin in my game!
